I strongly feel like they don't care. Like, at all. This server is pretty much for the DanielDefo's audience who wants to see what Helios got to offer. From everything that I saw from the server's team, they aren't really interested in attracting a lot of people to this server. Especially english speaking people.

I play defo since 1st GF "MID" and that's 1st time need support from staff =/

 

It's cause this is the first time they're dealing with a chronicle they themselves don't know much about. They just got the build and aren't planning on changing anything in it.
